Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your r.e.m. beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items back into their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
